Priorities 

Chad plans to take an innovative approach to the JCCC Board of Trustees. He chose Olathe and Johnson County to be his home over a decade ago. He saw a place where he could raise a family and provide a quality of life that exceeded his standards. With the support of the residents of Johnson County, Chad has the ability to strategically plan for the future of JCCC. He understands that we must work together as a community for the betterment of all.

Education is a cornerstone of what makes Johnson County successful. Johnson County Community College is a fundamental piece of our future. Chad understands that in order for JCCC to remain a premier institution, it must be a priority as our community flourishes. His central focus will be to support and maintain the resources that are in place for our students to ensure they are successful. 

It is pivotal that we keep JCCC affordable to provide access to our entire community. Providing access to quality education will ensure that our county is prepared for the future. With Chad's 13 years of experience in the financial industry he has the knowledge to provide sound fiscal management. 

Taking a collaborative approach Chad plans to identify key metrics that will prepare JCCC for the future. Once goals are determined he will evaluate and make the necessary decisions to reach the desired objectives. Chad understands the importance of economic growth and the benefits of having a robust local economy. Fostering a community that supports continuing education and workforce development will ensure JCCC remains a premier institution.
